The Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban congratulated Prime Minister Boyko Borissov on his third mandate as leader of the executive. “I am personally delighted to see that the people of Bulgaria gave you and your party – once again – a strong mandate to lead the country,” writes Orban in the congratulatory letter. He notes that he is open for cooperation in order to further strengthen the excellent Hungarian-Bulgarian bilateral relations. “I am ready to continue our common projects in order to deepen our economic cooperation and to develop the relationship between our nations,” adds the Hungarian Prime Minister.
Viktor Orban wishes Prime Minister Borissov success for the future mandate and his responsible work and expresses hope that cooperation will continue on the issues related to the future of the European Union, especially regarding the migration crisis, taking into consideration that both countries have made tremendous efforts to protect Europe. “I am convinced that together we will be able to respond promptly and effectively to the present and upcoming European and global challenges,” notes Orban and adds that he looks forward to meeting Borissov personally in the near future and working with him again.
