The Permanent Representative of the World Bank in Bulgaria Tony Thompson congratulated Prime Minister Boyko Borisov on his third mandate in the prime-ministerial office. “On behalf of my colleagues and my own behalf, it is with great pleasure that I send the best of wishes for your success,” he writes in the congratulatory letter.
Thompson confirms the commitment to support sustainable development in the program for the overall prosperity of Bulgaria. “Please, rely on our long-term support in your work for strengthening the institutions in the sectors of energy, water, finance, forestry, and environment, as well as for improving the education, healthcare and social services for all Bulgarians,” adds Tony Thompson.
The Permanent Representative of the World Bank expresses his expectation for deepening of the cooperation with the administration of the Council of Ministers within the framework for consultation activities on shared services. “We believe that the organizational model of shared services has a great potential for strengthening the modernization of the state administration and for achieving efficiency, which could be used for increasing the quality of public services,” writes in conclusion Thompson.
