Prime Minister Stefan Yanev sent a message to Andrej Babiš, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, to express his condolences on the violent storm that struck the country’s southeast regions and its heavy toll.
“In this hard time for the Czech Republic, may I offer my deepest condolences to the relatives of the people who lost their lives in the natural disaster in the Czech Republic,” Bulgaria’s Prime Minister wrote.
“I assure you of Bulgaria’s support and solidarity and I wish that the injured people recover soon, that the consequences be eliminated and that the damage caused by the disaster be fully redressed,” Prime Minister Stefan Yanev wrote in his message of condolences.
