In a telegram to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov expressed his deepest condolences in relation to the incident in Kemerovo, which resulted in the deaths of tens of people.
“The terrible tragedy that has taken many lives also of many children makes it even harder for all. I express my deep sympathy and commiseration for the families of the diseased, and I wish a quick recovery for the injured,” the telegram says.
