The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Prime Minister Boyko Borissov on his appointment as leader of the Bulgarian government.
“The Russian-Bulgarian relations develop consistently. I am convinced that the continued strengthening of the bilateral cooperation in the trade, economic, investment, science and technology and humanitarian fields fully corresponds to the interests of our countries,” is pointed out in the congratulatory telegram from Medvedev, whereby he wishes Prime Minister Borissov wellbeing and success in his responsible position.
