PRIME MINISTER BOYKO BORISSOV TALKED WITH THE PRESIDENT OF POLAND ANDRZEJ DUDA IN DAVOS

Prime Minister Boyko Borissov talked with the President of Poland Andrzej Duda in Davos at the World Economic Forum.

 

The two discussed strengthening the political and economic bilateral relations, as well as key topics from the international agenda.

 

The focus of their talks was the European perspective of the Western Balkan countries, which is also the focus of the Berlin Process. This year the co-chairs of the initiative are Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia, and Poland hosted it last year.

 

Boyko Borisov and Andrzej Duda were certain that the Euro-Atlantic future of the Western Balkan countries means security, stability and prosperity for the region. The meeting put an emphasis on the need to further promote good neighborly relations and regional cooperation, which is crucial for the whole of Europe.
