Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has sent a telegram of condolence to the Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk for the occasion of the fire at the building of the Odessa College of Economics, Law and Hotel and Restaurant Business. Until now there have been one casualty of the incident, and dozens are injured and missing.
Prime Minister Borissov expresses his sincere condolences for what happened in Odessa. "I would like to express through you my sympathy for the distress of the relatives of the missing persons and to wish for the immediate recovery of the injured," Prime Minister Boyko Borissov wrote in a telegram of condolence to the Ukrainian Prime Minister.
