Prime Minister Boyko Borissov sent a telegram of condolence to Somalia's Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khayre on the occasion of the bloody bombing in the capital Mogadishu, which has killed more than 90 innocent civilians, law enforcement officials and citizens of other countries.
"I would like to send to you our most sincere sympathy for the pain of the families and loved ones of the victims and our full support and solidarity for your Government's efforts in these difficult times. There is no justification for the cruelty, senselessness and inhumanity of terrorist acts, and the international community must respond in a decisive and uncompromising way to such acts," Prime Minister Borissov said in the telegram of condolence to the Prime Minister of Somalia.
