Prime Minister Boyko Borissov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia Nikola Dimitrov in Davos at the World Economic Forum.
The two discussed the upcoming joint presidency of the Berlin Process in 2020. Emphasis in their talks was the positive development of the bilateral relations after signing the Treaty on friendship, good neighborliness and cooperation.
Prime Minister Borissov said that he expects for the work of the joint multidisciplinary commission between the two countries to continue in a constructive spirit and to not be affected by the tense political situation related to the upcoming elections in our western neighbor.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov once again reaffirmed Bulgaria's support for launching the EU accession talks with the Republic of North Macedonia.
