Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and the Russian Ambassador Anatoly Makarov met to discuss the development of the bilateral relations. Energy and tourism were identified as areas of mutual interest.
The Russian diplomat congratulated the Prime Minister on the onset of the rotating Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the strong presentation of its priorities at the European Parliament. He expressed hope that Bulgaria will work to improve the dialogue between the EU member states and Russia.
