"We carry gas, we charge fees, the investments are entirely Bulgarian. The railway, the Struma highway, what we are talking about today, from Aleksadropouli to the Maritza highway, is all about the Three Seas initiative. Everything is with Bulgarian money already invested. We have already done it, we are doing it, others are still doing it only in theory, "Borissov commented. The Prime Minister also emphasized the importance of transport corridors 4, 8 and 10. According to him, a third bridge over Silistra is also important.

The Prime Minister drew attention to the need for discipline and a responsible attitude of the public on the subject. "When we say the state, it means all of us," Borissov added.

Asked by the media about the toll system and vignettes, Prime Minister Borissov pointed out: “Ask here how much they pay for their highways to be safe, painted, with markings, to mark the asphalt every 5 years, how much it costs, and how are all the Bulgarians, coming to Greece, paying for this. We will not be able to withhold a billion, a billion and a half, plus new construction, without these fees."
