Prime Minister Boyko Borissov sent a congratulatory address to Klaus Iohannis for being elected President of Romania for the second time.
"In recent years, Bulgaria and Romania have enjoyed an extremely dynamic and pragmatic bilateral dialogue. We are key partners linked not only by our geographical proximity but also allies who share common European and Euro-Atlantic values," said Prime Minister Borissov in an address to Klaus Iohannis.
"I am certain that during your second term as President of Friendly Romania, the positive dynamics and wide-ranging cooperation between our countries will continue to develop for the well-being of both peoples and as an example of good neighborly relations in the region," Prime Minister Boyko Borissov noted.
In his congratulatory address, the Bulgarian Prime Minister extends his sincerest congratulations and wishes to the re-elected President of Romania.
