The Prime Minister of Bavaria Horst Seehofer sent his heartfelt and friendly congratulations to Prime Minister Boyko Borissov on the occasion of his appointment as leader of the Bulgarian government.
“Your experience provides a guarantee for the stable development of your country. In the light of the upcoming Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, at a time particularly critical for the Union, it is of big importance and far beyond the boundaries of your homeland,” writes Seehofer in his congratulatory letter. He expresses his conviction that under Borissov’s leadership the good contacts between the two countries will be further deepened.
“I wish you success and luck in the fulfillment of your duties in service of the citizens of your country and in the field of European cooperation,” adds Seehofer in his congratulations to the Bulgarian Prime Minister.
