BOYKO BORISSOV: BY MONDAY MINISTRIES AND AGENCIES SHOULD MAKE IT CLEAR WHICH UNNECESSARILY COLLECTED DOCUMENTS CAN BE DROPPED

21.06.2017

Prime Minister Boyko Borissov commissioned the ministers to prepare by Monday a report about the services that their respective institutions offer and the documents requested for those. The report should include information about which documents collected by the citizens are unnecessary and the respective administration should drop their collection. He underlined that this measure is extremely important for each person and for the business.

“We ourselves realize well that this is a real reform, which is why it never took place so far, because of the huge opposition by the bureaucracy, the administration, including corruption practices in a number of administrative entities that should be overcome – something that we have grown used to as a people, but this reform should be done. We complain, we get angry, we get nervous but it does not happen. This time it will happen,” the Prime Minister was categorical.
