Valentin Mundrov is a professional in the IT field with more than 20 years thorough technical experience in the development, implementation and support of complex information systems. He has expertise in strategical planning, building and management of teams, projects and programmes.
He has a Master’s degree in “Industrial Engineering” in Technical University – Sofia and Master’s degree in “Electronic Business and Electronic Governance” in Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Valentin Mundrov has also acquired numerous certificates in the field of information technologies.
Valentin Mundrov has been a consultant in the National Health Insurance Fund. During the period 2013-2022, he has occupied the position director of the “Software Integration” directorate at “Information Services” JSC. Through the years, he has worked as an expert in National Customs Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria and in the Ministry of Health. He also has professional experience in the private sector.
He was Deputy Minister of e-Government (15.06.2023 - 08.04.2024), as well as caretaker Minister of e-Government in the two caretaker cabinets with Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev.
