Alexander Yolovski holds a Master’s Degree in political sciences from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”


With over a ten-year experience in the planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of activities related to administrative reform and e-government and in the field of strategic planning for the needs of public administration and e-government

February-August 2022: deputy of Bozhidar Bozhanov, Minister of e-Government in Kiril Petkov’s cabinet


August 2015-November 2016 and August 2019-January 2022: head of department


August 2022-June 2023: senior project manager, projects of the National System Integrator Information Services AD


2016-2019: Deputy Chair of the State e-Government Agency


2011-2015: head of Department, the Ministry of Finance and the Council of Ministers Administration: in charge of the development of the Operational Program Good Governance 2014-2020 and of the negotiation process with the European Commission for the approval of the Operational Program.
