Prof. Dr. Galin Tsokov holds a Master’s Degree in pedagogics from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. He teaches at the Faculty of Pedagogy with the Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv; professor, education management (2011). Director of the Plovdiv University’s Department for Qualification and Professional Development of Pedagogical Specialists (2016) and Head of Chair “Teaching and Education Management” (2019). Doctor of Pedagogics with the dissertation thesis “Decentralization in Local Level Education Management Organizations: Traditions and Prospects” (1998).
