Prime Minister Boyko Borissov conveyed his personal and the Bulgarian government’s sincere condolences to all those who lost relatives in the passenger plane crash near Moskow.
“The news about this tremendous tragedy deeply shocked us. In this difficult moment, I would like to convey through you the most sincere feelings of sympathy and compassion to the families and relatives of the deceased,” the Bulgarian Prime Minister said in a telegram to his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev.
